Authentic Software was created to house all of my client work and personal web projects.
When it comes to creating websites/software, I have a few principles that I work/live by:
- Keep it simple.
Everything moves toward complexity, so it is a challenge to make something look simpler than it really is. So much software is filled with extra features that you don't need, and wish you didn't have to pay for. When I develop software for you, I keep it tailored to just what you need.
- Always be clear and honest with clients.
No one likes to feel they are being taken for a ride. You should always know what you are getting, how much it will cost you, and a reasonable timeframe to expect it in.
By day, I am a programmer and web developer at picturesque Furman University.
By night and early morning, I create custom work for various clients, ranging from simple informational websites, to full-blown database management systems. I find both of these scenarios very rewarding.
